Travatrol®
solid state positioning system provides an accurate and convenient means
of controlling reciprocating grinding machine tables and cross feeds.
It may be used on other machine tool applications requiring adjustable
limit positioning along an axis.
It replaces manually
set “trip dogs” and allows an infinitely adjustable traverse range via
remote control for faster machine set-up. The table or cross feed may be
repositioned during operation. Travatrol®
sets the necessary
travel distance across the work for improved productivity, longer machine
life and overall savings.
Travatrol® system
must be used in conjunction with the machine’s electro-hydraulic system
and inclined taper bar. It is an ideal retrofit at the time of machine
rebuilding, upgrading or for OEM installation.
